We are a small Australian team and we are here to help. Whether you have a question before you buy, need help with an existing order, or want to get in touch about wholesale, you will find the right contact below.

We do not have a phone line. Email is the fastest and most reliable way to reach us and ensures we have a full record of your enquiry so nothing gets missed.

Order Support and Returns

For help with an existing order, tracking updates, size exchanges, returns, or refunds:

Please include your order number in the subject line. This helps us find your order immediately and get back to you faster. We aim to resolve all order issues within 2 business days.

Please do not send returns without contacting us first at support@solpresssocks.com. We need to authorise your return before it is sent so we can process it promptly when it arrives.


Wholesale, Accounts and B2B Enquiries

For wholesale orders, B2B pricing, invoice requests, or enquiries from scrubs retailers, hospital groups, or healthcare suppliers interested in stocking SolPress Socks:

Please include your business name, location, and an estimate of the volume you are interested in and we will send through our wholesale information pack within 2 business days.

Response Times

We respond to all emails within 1 business day Monday to Friday AEST. Emails received on weekends or Australian public holidays will be answered on the next business day.

During peak periods -- including our July 2026 pre-order dispatch and major sale events -- response times may extend slightly. We will always respond. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days, please check your spam or junk folder and resend if needed.
