These terms govern your use of the SolPress Socks website at solpresssocks.com and any purchase you make from us. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms. Please read them before purchasing.
SolPress Socks is operated by Rachel Roe ABN 2030 486 2450, based in New South Wales, Australia.
1. Our Products
SolPress Socks are compression socks designed for occupational comfort and everyday wellness. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have a circulatory condition, diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, or have been advised by a medical professional to avoid compression garments, please consult your doctor before purchasing.
Product descriptions, images, and specifications on our website are as accurate as we can make them. Colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings. We reserve the right to update product specifications as our range develops.
2. Pre-Orders
Some products on our website are available for pre-order ahead of their production and delivery date. By placing a pre-order you are committing to purchase the product at the stated price, with delivery expected in the timeframe shown at the time of ordering.
Pre-order delivery dates are estimates. While we do everything possible to meet stated delivery windows, delays can occur due to manufacturing, shipping, or circumstances outside our control. If your delivery window changes materially, we will notify you by email as soon as possible.
You may cancel a pre-order for a full refund at any time before your shipping confirmation email is sent. After dispatch, our standard returns and refunds policy applies.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices on solpresssocks.com are displayed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. SolPress Socks does not store your full payment card details.
We reserve the right to change our prices at any time. The price you are charged is the price displayed at the time you complete your order. In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing your order and give you the option to purchase at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
4. Orders and Cancellations
When you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order -- it is not a guarantee of acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.
If you need to cancel or amend your order, contact us at hello@solpresssocks.com as soon as possible. We can amend or cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it -- our returns policy applies from that point.
5. Shipping
We ship orders from within Australia. Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. We are not responsible for delays caused by Australia Post, third-party couriers, or circumstances outside our control including weather events, public holidays, or industrial action.
Risk of loss and title for products passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse. If your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Returns and Refunds
Our returns and refunds policy forms part of these terms and is available in full on our Returns page. Key points:
- 30-day satisfaction guarantee from the date of receipt
- Socks must be unworn and in original packaging to be eligible for return
- Size exchanges are available with prepaid return postage on the first exchange
- Faulty items will be replaced or refunded at no cost to you

All content on solpresssocks.com including text, images, logos, product designs, and brand materials is owned by or licensed to SolPress Socks and is protected by Australian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or use any of our content for commercial purposes without our written permission. You may share links to our website and use our content for personal, non-commercial reference.
8. User Conduct
When using our website you agree not to:

10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, SolPress Socks is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our products or website, including but not limited to loss of income, loss of data, or personal injury.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.
Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.
11. Australian Consumer Law
Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Nothing in these terms is intended to limit or exclude any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
12. Privacy
We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available on our website. By using our website and placing an order, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
