Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

This policy covers cancellations for all purchase types available on solpresssocks.com, including pre-orders, standard orders, and subscription orders where applicable.
Pre-Order Cancellations
We currently operate on a pre-order model with delivery estimated July 2026. We understand that circumstances change and we want the cancellation process to be straightforward.
You may cancel your pre-order for a full refund at any time before your shipping confirmation email is sent. There are no cancellation fees and no questions asked.
To cancel a pre-order:
Email hello@solpresssocks.com with the subject line "Pre-Order Cancellation -- [Your Order Number]" and include your name and order number. We will confirm your cancellation and process your full refund within 2 business days. Refunds are returned to your original payment method and may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.
Once your shipping confirmation email has been sent, your order has left our warehouse and can no longer be cancelled. Our returns and refunds policy applies from that point.
Standard Order Cancellations
Once we begin shipping in July 2026, the following cancellation terms apply to standard orders.
Before dispatch
You may cancel a standard order for a full refund at any time before your shipping confirmation email is sent. Contact us immediately at hello@solpresssocks.com with your order number. We process orders quickly -- if you need to cancel, contact us as soon as possible and we will do everything we can to stop the order before it leaves our warehouse.
After dispatch
Once your order has been dispatched we are unable to cancel it. If you no longer want your order after it has been dispatched, you can return it under our 30-day returns policy once it arrives. Return postage in this case is the responsibility of the customer. A full refund of the product cost will be issued once we receive the return in unworn and original condition.
Subscription Cancellations
If SolPress Socks offers a subscription or auto-replenishment option, the following terms apply.
You may cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing cycle -- you will continue to receive any order that has already been paid for and processed before your cancellation was submitted.
To cancel a subscription:
Log in to your account at solpresssocks.com and manage your subscription under Account Settings, or email hello@solpresssocks.com with the subject line "Subscription Cancellation -- [Your Order Number or Account Email]". We will confirm your cancellation within 1 business day.
We do not offer partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period. If you have been charged for a subscription renewal and contact us within 24 hours of the charge, we will cancel the upcoming order and issue a full refund of that renewal charge provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
Cancellations We Initiate
Occasionally we may need to cancel your order. Reasons may include:
- The product is out of stock or unavailable
- A pricing error on our website
- We are unable to verify your payment or delivery details
- We reasonably suspect fraudulent activity
If we cancel your order for any of these reasons, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid within 5 business days. We will notify you by email as soon as possible with the reason for cancellation.
Discount Codes and Promotional Offers
If you used a discount code or promotional offer at the time of your original order and that order is subsequently cancelled, the discount or promotional benefit cannot be reapplied to a new order unless the code is still active and within its original terms.
Change of Mind
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you change your mind after receiving your order, you can return your socks in unworn and original condition within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost. Return postage is the responsibility of the customer for change of mind returns. Please refer to our Returns and Refunds Policy for full details.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this cancellation policy limits or excludes any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair where a product has a major failure or does not meet the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law regardless of this policy.
