Returns & Refunds Policy
We want every nurse who buys SolPress Socks to feel confident in their purchase. If something is not right, we will make it right.
Our Guarantee
Every pair of SolPress Socks comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we will work with you to find a solution -- whether that is a replacement pair, a size exchange, or a full refund.
Pre-Orders
If you have placed a pre-order and your delivery has not yet been dispatched, you may cancel your order for a full refund at any time before your shipping confirmation email is sent. Once your order has been dispatched, our standard returns policy applies.
To cancel a pre-order, email us at hello@solpresssocks.com with your order number and we will process your cancellation within 2 business days.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your socks must meet the following conditions:
- Returned within 30 days of the date you received your order
- Unworn and in original condition -- trying them on to check the fit is fine, but socks that have been worn for a full shift are not eligible for return
- In original packaging with tags attached where applicable
We cannot accept returns on socks that have been worn, washed, or damaged after receipt. This is a hygiene requirement, not a technicality.
Size Exchanges
Getting the fit right matters for compression to work properly. If your socks do not fit as expected, we will exchange them for a different size at no extra cost, including return postage on the first exchange.
To request a size exchange:
- Email hello@solpresssocks.com with your order number and the size you need
- We will send you a prepaid return label
- Once we receive your original pair in unworn condition, your replacement will be dispatched within 3 business days
If you are unsure which size to order before purchasing, please refer to our size guide which measures by calf circumference -- not shoe size.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a faulty pair or the wrong item, we will replace it immediately at no cost to you. We do not require you to return faulty items in most cases -- we may ask for a photo so we can identify and address the manufacturing issue.
Contact us at hello@solpresssocks.com within 30 days of receiving your order with:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the fault
- A photo if possible
We will respond within 1 business day and resolve the issue promptly.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email and process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or error on our part
- Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless we have provided a prepaid return label for a size exchange or faulty item
- Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider -- allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after we have processed it
Gift Orders
If your SolPress Socks were purchased as a gift and the recipient would like to exchange for a different size, they can do so by contacting us directly. We will need the original order number and the name of the person who placed the order. Gift refunds will be issued to the original purchaser.
Items Not Eligible for Return
The following cannot be returned or refunded:
- Socks that have been worn beyond trying on for fit
- Socks that have been washed
- Items returned more than 30 days after receipt
- Mystery or clearance packs marked as final sale at the time of purchase
- Digital gift cards
How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@solpresssocks.com with the subject line "Return -- [Your Order Number]" and include:
- Your order number
- Your name
- The reason for your return or the size you need for an exchange
We aim to respond to all return requests within 1 business day. We do not have a phone line at this stage -- email is the fastest way to reach us and ensures we have a clear record of your request.
