We know you are looking forward to your SolPress Socks. Here is everything you need to know about how and when we ship.
Current Status -- Pre-Order
SolPress Socks are currently available for pre-order. We are not shipping orders yet. All orders placed now will be dispatched in July 2026 in the order they were received. Pre-ordering now means you are first in the queue.
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. If your dispatch date changes for any reason, we will contact you directly -- we would rather tell you early than leave you waiting without an update.
Domestic Shipping -- Australia
Once we begin dispatching orders in July 2026, the following shipping options and timeframes apply.

Timeframes are estimates from the date of dispatch and apply to metropolitan areas. Regional and remote addresses may take additional time. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales.
Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding Australian public holidays. Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are generally dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 12pm or on weekends and public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Shipping to New Zealand
We ship to New Zealand. International shipping rates and timeframes are as follows.

New Zealand orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by New Zealand customs authorities. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping fees. We are not able to predict or advise on the amount of any customs charges -- please check with New Zealand Customs before ordering if you have questions about import fees.
International Shipping
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. If you are located outside these countries and would like to place an order, please contact us at hello@solpresssocks.com and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
If your tracking has not updated after 3 business days from your dispatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before completing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer.
If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact us immediately at hello@solpresssocks.com. We can update your address if your order has not yet been dispatched. Once dispatched we are unable to redirect your parcel.
We ship to residential and business addresses. We also ship to PO Boxes for standard shipping within Australia. Express shipping to PO Boxes is not available through all carriers -- if you are ordering express to a PO Box, please contact us first.
Missed Deliveries
If you are not home at the time of delivery, the carrier will leave a card or notification with instructions for redelivery or collection from your nearest collection point. SolPress Socks is not responsible for parcels that are uncollected after a missed delivery attempt.
If you would like your parcel left in a safe place without a signature, you can include this instruction in the delivery notes at checkout. Please note that parcels left without a signature are left at your own risk -- we cannot be held responsible for loss or theft of a parcel that has been delivered to your nominated safe place.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@solpresssocks.com within 14 days of your expected delivery date. Include your order number and a description or photo of the damage if applicable.
We will lodge an investigation with the carrier on your behalf. If your parcel is confirmed lost, we will resend your order or issue a full refund including shipping at your preference. Damaged goods will be replaced at no cost to you.
Please note that once a parcel has been marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered received. If you believe your parcel has been stolen after delivery, please contact your local police and let us know -- we will do everything we can to help.
Public Holidays and Peak Periods
During peak periods including Christmas, Black Friday, and other major sale events, dispatch and delivery times may be longer than usual. We will communicate any known delays on our website and via email. We recommend ordering early during peak periods to avoid disappointment.
Australian public holidays may affect dispatch and delivery timeframes. Orders will not be dispatched on public holidays in New South Wales.
Packaging
Your SolPress Socks will arrive in branded packaging designed to protect your order in transit and arrive in gift-ready condition. We use packaging that minimises waste where possible. If you are sending SolPress Socks as a gift, you can include a personalised message at checkout and we will include it with your order.
Wholesale and Bulk Orders
If you are placing a wholesale or bulk order, please contact us at hello@solpresssocks.com before ordering. Large orders may have different shipping arrangements, timeframes, and costs depending on volume and destination. We will provide a custom shipping quote for all wholesale enquiries.
